Processing Time

Please allow 48–72 business hours for your order to be processed. Processing times begin once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate and should not be combined when estimating your delivery date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Jon'Aye is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
