After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth after wearing and store it in a cool, dry place.

Many Jon'Aye pieces are designed for everyday wear. To help maintain their shine and finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before activities that expose it to moisture, chemicals, or excessive friction.

Store each piece separately in a jewelry pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratches, tangling, and unnecessary wear. Keeping your jewelry in a cool, dry place will help preserve its finish.

Use a soft, lint-free polishing cloth to gently remove oils and everyday buildup. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the finish of your jewelry.
