At this time, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jonayeofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we'll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution additional processing time after the refund has been initiated.
